NFT Artist Raises $140k In Charity To Support Cancer Patients

Trevor Jones Raises $140,000 for Cancer Treatment Charity Fund

Trevor Jones, a well-known NFT artist, has successfully raised $140,000 in support of the cancer treatment charity fund at Maggie’s Edinburgh.

The fundraising event took place at the Web3 Castle Party near Paris, organized by Trevor himself, and the funds were collected through a charity exhibition and auction. According to a report by UK Fundraising, the event resulted in a significant donation of ÂŁ114,000, making it the largest single donation in the history of the Edinburgh Center, which has been assisting cancer patients for the past 27 years.

The substantial amount of money raised will be directed towards providing financial support to over 4000 cancer patients in need. Trevor expressed his gratitude, stating, “The funds raised will make a huge difference and will go to support services for those affected by a cancer diagnosis, patients, and their families. This is certainly a wonderful way to remember such a beloved artist, who was also taken by this disease.”

A spokesperson from Maggie’s Edinburgh acknowledged the supportive NFT art community, stating that the successful fundraising event was made possible due to the support and enthusiasm of this community.
