SALISBURY — The Rowan Chamber of Commerce has introduced that Dr. Zack Hubbard, chief data officer at Rowan-Cabarrus Neighborhood School, would be the featured speaker on the Energy in Partnership (PIP) breakfast on Nov. 21, at 7:30 a.m.
