Honor will soon begin the third phase of MagicOS 9.0 (Android 15) closed beta program. The company has recently upgraded its adaptation plan on the official community page. The OEM is ready to add more devices to the software testing pool.
Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0 comes with a range of exciting features. It contains many AI capabilities that simplify daily operations and boost the user experience.
The tech giant has already served these features to its flagship models with the first MagicOS 9.0 beta update. Now it aims to expand these benefits to more handsets.
Up to this point, Honor has launched two closed beta programs and one public testing activity. As of now, the company will initiate the third phase of the MagicOS 9.0 closed beta by the end of this month. The official details on the community reads:
“The third batch of upgraded products plans to start internal testing recruitment before the end of November 2024. Please pay attention to subsequent notifications for specific times.”

Honor will continue to push new features and bug fixes to the beta devices with the new testing builds. Ensure to check for the latest versions from the Settings app.
The above-listed phone holders can sign up for the recruitment activity with the My Honor app. Before proceeding with the beta update, take a full backup of your device’s data. Also, check to have sufficient storage and eligible baseline build.
The company has not announced the launch date for the new beta phase. Though we may find the details in the coming weeks.
