Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Can Your PC Run This Pulpy Adventure?

If the Dial of Destiny and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull movies convinced you that the Indiana Jones franchise suffers from a limp whip, check out the treasure hunter’s next big quest: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, an upcoming action-adventure game. Before you don Indy’s hat and jacket on December 9, explore the game’s minimum and recommended system specs to make sure your PC doesn’t melt like a Nazi’s face.

Pre-Order Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

What Is Indiana Jones and the Great Circle’s Plot?

The game is set in 1937 between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Wicked forces search for an ancient power connected to the Great Circle, locations around the globe embued with spiritual power.

Indiana Jones is a beloved cinematic icon, the best thing Lucasfilm makes without lightsabers. So seeing the adventurer get another crack at big-budget gaming is exciting, even if Harrison Ford does not voice him. More promising, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is the next game from MachineGames, makers of the acclaimed Wolfenstein reboot. It has more puzzle-solving than brutal first-person gunplay, but at least both let you punch fascists.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: Price and Release Date

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on December 9 for PC and Xbox Series X/S. It is available in a standard edition ($69.99) and a premium edition ($99.99), with the latter including extra cosmetics and DLC. If you want to feel like you recovered a sacred artifact, Bethesda sells a collector’s edition for $189.99. That version comes with physical goodies, including a steel book display case, an adventure journal to write notes, and a globe with hidden compartments. The Great Circle hits Xbox Game Pass on day one.

Sony fans will be part of the action, too. Indy heads to PlayStation 5 in 2025 as part of Microsoft’s ongoing multi-platform strategy.
