Co:Create, a specialized API provider, will be responsible for integrating gamification elements into the Loyalty+ ecosystem. Smart Token Labs, on the other hand, will handle the creation of user identities and facilitate the transition from traditional web platforms to the web3 ecosystem. This partnership aims to ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

Furthermore, Cookie3, an analytics provider, will contribute to maximizing customer engagement by offering tailored user journeys. Crossmint, another partner in the collaboration, will ensure interoperability in both traditional and digital finance realms by providing an NFT checkout solution.

Insomnia Labs’ CEO, Billy Huang, describes Loyalty+ as a paradigm shift in how loyalty is perceived and executed in the modern digital era. The initiative aims to replace the traditional silos associated with multiple loyalty programs by leveraging blockchain technology and platform interoperability. Since its establishment in 2021, Insomnia Labs has formed partnerships with well-known brands such as NYX Professional Makeup, Under Armour, Coca-Cola, as well as web3 entities like OpenSea, Web3 Ventures, and Polygon. Analysts suggest that these collaborations reflect the growing interest in merging traditional and web3 aspects to provide a more enriched customer experience.
