PATUXENT RIVER, Maryland. The U.S. Navy has declared preliminary operational functionality (IOC) for the Subsequent Technology Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB) system, the service introduced in a press release.

The NGJ-MB, developed by Raytheon, is designed to boost the capabilities of EA-18G Growler squadrons by offering elevated energy, goal flexibility, and superior jamming methods. This method is a part of a broader effort to interchange the legacy ALQ-99 Tactical Jamming System, the assertion reads.
