VX21, Terrain X-Pac laminated ripstop fabric, was originaly made as sailcloth for high-end racing sailboats and sail boards. It is extremely strong and waterproof with a water resistance of over 200 psi. It is a 4-ply laminate constructed of a 200 denier oxford nylon fabric, a black polyester X-Ply fabric at 22° offset, a 0.25 mil PET film and finally a 50 denier polyester taffeta backing. – Black
