Due to the witches’ constant thievery, the citizens of Lavender cannot leave out their lawn chairs or their welcome mats. Not even a dog toy or a garden decoration is safe! Witches even heist pizzas by shrieking and jumping out of the shrubbery and scaring the delivery boys. Well, Atlanta Locket, the bravest girl in Lavender, needs an adventure. She discovers a teenage witch from The Witches’ Territory in the Lockets’ garden. Like everything else, it seems Mrs. Locket’s fresh, homegrown, sweet berries are fair game for the witches. Atlanta hides behind a shrub. The garden hose spray gun is ready, and Atlanta Locket sprays the heck out of the witch. But the green witch doesn’t completely disappear! She’s now the size of a Barbie doll! Atlanta’s mother is the biggest health food freak in the county! No more junk food and no more television for the tiny, captured witch! Oh no! The witch is stuck with a crazy raw-food family. What will healthy cuisine do to the tiny witch’s health? Atlanta Locket learns from the tiny, shrunken witch that, indeed, it was the witches from The Witches’ Territory who disappeared two little girls from playgrounds in Lavender. Stuck as personal slaves and bound to be turned into witches over time, Darla Twitchet and Georgia Ribbon-Chaser need a miracle to get back home! Atlanta knows it’s her mission to save Darla and Georgia from the witches! She has in her possession a real witch’s broom. She has her best friend, Garth, to help her. She has classmates to assist.
