1. Can you make sure that my item arrives in pristine condition?
– Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this since we do not have control over international and domestic couriers. However, we always use boxes, bubble wraps, airbags and fragile stickers in order to minimize the chance of getting damaged. All shipments are also insured with the declared value.
2. What to do if my item arrived with major damages?
– We can help you file claims to the courier. Please make sure to take pictures of the damages. If there are signs of damages after the courier handed over the item, a video of unboxing is highly recommended.
3. What to do if I got a damaged or missing accessory?**
– For relatively new released items, we can help you ask for a replacement item to the manufacturer subject to Post Office fee.
– For older released items, we can try to get a full / partial refund subject to their approval.
4. What to do if my item is sticky or suddenly snapped when I opened it?**
– Unfortunately, since these items are made of PVC, stickiness and brittleness are known problems. We can only offer limited discount for problems like these.
