About the Author

‘Expect a good, find a good…’

Bilal JD was born and raised in Baghdad and holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Media from St. Clements University in the city. He is single and now lives in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region of the country, where he works as a full-time book publisher.

Bilal’s main area of interest when it comes to publishing is for low content and no content books for both children and adults. He has plans to increase this to high content books for children in the near future and sell his creations to a wide cross section of the reading community.

In his free time Bilal is learning other languages, composes music for his own pleasure and enjoys listening to a range of ethnic music from around the world. He loves travelling when he can and being able to immerse himself in different styles of music allows him to gain a better perspective of individual cultures as a result.

Bilal’s exciting dreams for the future include becoming more successful in his publishing career, selling his books to customers from around the world and perhaps one day moving to the United States to live.
