How to cook boba pearl Bobatee:
-Fill Water into the pan with a ratio of 6x boba pearls of water, the more water is better.
– Boil the water, then put the boba pearl into the boiling water. Stir until the boba pearl floats +/- for 2 minutes.
-After The boba pearl floats, reduce the heat, cover the pan tightly, continue cooking for 25-30 minutes (for pearl size 8-10 mm). Every 10 minutes, open and stir until the bottom of the pan so that the boba pearl does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
-After 25-30 minutes, turn off the heat, let the boba pearl remain in the pan (the pan remains closed) for 15 minutes.
– Remove, strain and rinse boba pearls with normal temperature tap water. Drain it afterwards.
-Soak In sugar water. You can use homemade sugar or diluted liquid sugar in a 1:1 ratio.
-Boba Pearl is ready to be used to mix into your favorite drink.

How to Store:
– Cooked = Store room temperature for 2 days
