About the Author

Dr. Marius Dettmer is a scientist, fitness advisor, and expert in the fields of Neuroscience and Healthy Aging. He holds a PhD from the University of Houston and has authored numerous medical book chapters, college textbook chapters, and peer-reviewed scientific articles in German and English language.
