Colder PLC40006 Acetal Tube Fitting, Insert, Straight Thru, Panel Mount, Ferruleless, PTF, 1/4″ Insert x 3/8″ Tube OD

The Colder inline insert is made of acetal copolymer plastic and has insert and tube connectors. This straight-through insert uses ribs to create a tight seal and connects two pipes or tubes going in the same direction in a straight run. It is a fitting that connects to tubing on one end and has an insert connector on the other for mounting on a bulkhead. Its ferruleless polytube fitting (PTF) termination does not require ferrules to achieve a secure connection, allowing re-use of the fitting. This fitting is made of acetal copolymer plastic, which has low moisture absorption, high tensile and flexural strength, and is hard and fatigue resistant. The working pressure for this fitting is up to 120 pounds per square inch (psi). The operating temperatures range from -40 to 180 degrees F.
