DEBBY HAYES is a Certified Nutritionist (
NASM Accredited), chef and mother of two.Today she is one of the leading experts in theHealthy Eating Movement, and is helping thousands of people lose weightand maintain their health sustainably – through translating the sciencehighly effective diet programs into practical guides and cookbooks.

But Debby’s life hasn’t always been easy, in fact, she spent her entireadolescence fighting obesity problems and eating disorders due to anunbalanced, disorganized diet and life in general.After three years ofdeep depression and social isolation, and having tried over 13 dietsthat promised fantastic results without success, Debby completely lostfaith in the outside world.
