Enerpac RACL-1002 Single-Acting Aluminum Lock Nut Hydraulic Cylinder with 100-Ton Capacity, Single Port, 1.97″ Stroke Length

This Enerpac RACL-1002 single-acting aluminum lock nut hydraulic cylinder with a 1.97″ stroke length has a lock nut for mechanically holding a 100-ton load for a long period of time. The single-acting hydraulic cylinder uses liquid pumped through its single port for rod extension and an internal spring for rod retraction to produce continued movement. The cylinder body is round with integrated handle and is made of lightweight aluminum with a hard-coat finish for durability and extended life. The port is a quick-connect CR-400 female coupler for use with all Enerpac HC-series hoses (sold separately), and the included dust cap covers the port when not in use. Composite bearings increase side load resistance and reduce wear. The cylinder attaches to the included steel baseplate and saddle to help prevent load-induced damage. A built-in stop ring prevents the plunger from extending beyond the stroke length and can endure the full capacity of the cylinder. This item meets Association of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B-30.1 specifications for safety standards for cranes and hoists and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 10100 testing specifications for hydraulic cylinders.
