Evidence-Based Golf is the practice of using the best scientific findings and information available to guide decisions about how to make improvements in your game. The book’s research-based recommendations provide guidance that will help you (a) decide what to do, (b) choose the most effective way to do it, and (c) select the best conditions under which to learn to improve your game.
