“I AM THAT I AM”

It’s now June 2018, it has taken be almost five years to complete this book that has changed my life tremendously. It should have been completed six months ago, I thought, but so much has happened, and without these experiences, this book would be incomplete – and so would be my journey. As I mediated one morning, something profound occurred to me that put my entire life in perspective, and that is, I LOVE MY LIFE!  And this new discovery of love for my life had nothing to do with the false precepts I have conditioned to believe all my life, but who I have become. Like many of you, I too once believe that my value and my wellbeing as a person had to do with something external of me. No wonder with this type of belief, man is never satisfied. The more we have, the more we want; never quite satisfied with ourselves. The powerful want more power, the wealthy seek more wealth, and the poor idolize those who have, selling their souls to have a little bit of what they think is glory – if only in their imagination. And when that fails to satisfy the empty place in their souls that none of the above can fill, they continue to look for someone or something outside of themselves to blame. This vicious cycle will continue until we seek and connect to The One greater than ourselves.

About the Author

Maurine McFarlane is best known for writing supernatural and spiritual works. She is the author of 
Release the Prophetic Destiny in Philadelphia: A City Under Reconstruction, published in 2009. She does her best writing at the break of dawn, waking up from a transformational revelation from God. During those experiences, her soul has opened and received new insight of truth from the Divine to give the word through the pages of her books.
The mother of two children, Crystal and Blake, she is also a humanitarian, activist, and mentor. Maurine was born on March 4 in Kingston, Jamaica, and now lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
