Product Description
If you are looking for a book that explains EVERY detail on estate planning, this book is NOT for you, as this book is ONLY meant to give you a BRIEF, but general understanding on Florida Estate Planning, just as the subtitle suggests. ie., Just the Basics. Consider it a reference book. From cover to cover it contains 43 pages, it’s a short read so that you can actually read it in it’s entirety and get a good grasp on Estate Planning. THIS BOOK IS NOT MEANT TO TEACH YOU HOW TO PREPARE YOUR OWN ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS, which I would never recommend you do, or make you an expert on estate planning upon reading it. YOU SHOULD HIRE A LAWYER FOR THAT. However, it discusses the various documents that you should have in order to provide instructions on how to make health care decisions on your behalf and manage your financial affairs, including transferring both, your personal and real property to your beneficiaries in the case of your incapacitation or death. Plus, a whole lot more surrounding the subject matter. Please enjoy reading this short, but informative book. Important Note: Many clients have come to me after a loved one has died only to find out that their estate planning documents they completed on their own is invalid, incomplete, insufficient, etc., which only costs the family members more money and frustration in Probate Court. Thank you. -Gadiel Espinoza, Esq.
From the Author
This is my first book, and though I plan on writing many more, getting this done was quite a journey.
