FRAMORE made in Italy imported artisan pasta is produced in a small factory in Apulia, a region in South Italy known as the “Italian barn”. Our bronze-cut pasta is made with 100% premium durum wheat semolina and is characterized by a golden amber color (brown for whole wheat or spelt pasta) and a unique rough surface, which makes our pasta ideal for every sauce . The semolina chosen for our products has the right amount of proteins and it is finely ground and blended in very small mixers. Framore pasta is prepared according to ancient traditions in low temperature rooms and left dry for 24-48 hours. Our pasta-maker, known in Italy as “pastaio”, is the key person that allows us to make pasta with an intense wheat flavor, an always “al dente” texture, a consistency that never changes, and a porosity that catches and adsorbs any sauce.
