From the Author

Amy wrote this book because when she was applying to colleges, she was beyond stressed. She is the oldest sibling and her parents were immigrants who had no clue about the U.S. college application process.

With sheer determination, lots of mentors, and hard work, she ended up pulling it all together and got into her dream college, Harvard on full ride scholarship as a Gates Millennium Scholar.

She wants to make the process easier and less overwhelming for other students.

About the Author

Amy Jin is a Harvard grad and college admission coach who specializes in the Ivy League and other top colleges. She’s coached students who got into Harvard, MIT, Caltech, UCLA, and UC Berkeley.

In high school, she learned the art of debating and loved it so much that she ended up teaching it. Having learned the Ivy league application process and gotten in, she wanted to pass this forward as well.
