NOTE:
The kids camera will stop working or frozen due to improper operation,if you or kids do improper operation,please use a small pin or toothpick to press the “Reset” button and then restart the kids camera.Then the product can return to normal .

If you meet the memory card error problem,please try to format the memory card.Please note that usually this problem happen because the memory card format is not compatible.Please format the memory card and set its default format as FAT32.

Here’re 3 methods how to format the memory card:
1.Format it in camera : Insert the memory card in camera,in Setting menu,choose the Format option.
2.Format it on computer : Insert the memory card in camera,connect the camera to computer by using the USB cable .When connecting the camera to computer, find the camera Removable Disk on your computer,right click it,choose the Formatting,please set the default file system as ” FAT32″ .Format it .
3. Use a memory card reader to connect the memory card to computer and formart it.Make its default format as FAT32.
