PREPARATION METHOD
-For every 500gm Ajido Takoyaki Mix, add 4 Eggs (Grade A or B) and 850 ml water . Mix Well.
-Heat up Takoyaki Pan, Pour the mixture into the cavity. when the outer crust starts to shape, put in your favorite ingredient (chuka idako/sausage/crab stick).
-Pour the remaining mixture in to fill up the pan.
-Start to turn the takoyaki over using takoyaki stick.
-Once the surface of the takoyaki turns to golden color, stop cooking.
-Move the delicious takoyaki to a plate. Add your favourite takoyaki sauce, Bonito flake & Aonori to complete the awesome meal!
