HHIP MT2 Shank fly cutter holder. Utilizes standard tool bits. Counter balanced. Made of durable, hardened steel. Head is 1.5″. Takes 3/16″ tool bits. 3/8″-16 drawbar end threads. A fly cutter is able to cut at a constant depth to obtain a uniform surface.
