About the Author
Julie teaches psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors how to become hypnotists. She is a Trainer/Master Practitioner of Clinical Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and uses her direct skills of communication and connection whilst working with clients with stress, anxiety and depression related disorders. In turn she helps clients to enjoy their lives, to realise their potential for happiness, have contentment, clear limiting beliefs permanently……the list can be endless. Specialising in sports, performing arts and anxiety based disorders, Julie has the enthusiasm and expertise which makes profound changes with spectacular results. She prepares athletes from rookie to the elite with a winning mind set and that self belief that produces magic. Her passion for sport is well known within her industry working with many swimmers on the Australian Swim Team including Gold medallists at the London 2012 Olympics and World Record Holders. Julie works especially closely with children, teenagers and young adults preparing them for the challenges they need to face in life. She develops confidence, mental health and a more beneficial family environment. As an elite athlete since a child, a swimming coach to many swimmers up to international level, and a swimming educator of all levels for over 20 years, Julie knows what is required of the competitive world of sport and performance. She has a mission with those she meets within the sporting world to enthuse, motivate and influence.
