Ingredients: 100% organic red brown rice. Grown from the exclusive branded red rice variety by Milk Flowers. Gluten free, Non-GMO. Do not use chemicals in farming or preservatives in processing.

User MANUAL:
Regular pot:
– Wash rice once
– Add rice and water in the ratio 1:2
– Add a few drops of olive oil and less sea salt to make the rice taste better

Pressure cooker:
– The principle is as above but add rice and water in the ratio 1:1
– Adjust cooking time in about 25-30 minutes

Cook rice according to Ohsawa nutritional method:
– Wash rice once
– Soak rice for 20-22 hours, add new water in the ratio of 1 rice: 1 water
– Add a few drops of olive oil and less sea salt to make the rice taste better.
* The amount of water can be adjusted according to the user’s taste.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
