About the Author
Steven Devon is a well-known American chef born in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1967.
Steven grew up on his parents’ farm, where he absorbed traditional American culture and learned how to treat meat in the best possible way.
Steven’s most significant experience was undoubtedly the long trip he made to Europe at the age of 21. There, he had the opportunity to attend a famous Italian cooking school and work side by side with well-known chefs.
Once back in the United States, Steven created his own unique style of cooking, blending the principles of European cuisine with the traditional ones of his homeland, thus creating something special.
