1YEAR TECHNICAL WARRANTY

Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out. All products must be returned with reasonable care (such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging).

Procedures to claim the 1Year Technical Warranty-

Step 1: Send us the following information via the Chat function or email [email protected]:

(i) Order Number
(ii) Picture of the product(s)
(iii) Brief explanation of how the product(s) spoil and why can’t use

Step 2: Our Customer Service Agent will contact you by 2 working days. Then we will need you to bring the damaged product(s) down for our technician to verify before we give you the one for one exchange.

Step 3: After verification, our Customer Service Agent will inform you about the result of diagnosis and arrange a date for you to collect the new replacement product(s).
