Sorbitol is a sugar substitute that is commonly used as a humectant, sweetener and thickening agent in formulations. It has a wide range of uses as moisturizing agent in lip products, flavoring agent and laxative in medical applications. It is a sugar alcohol made from reduction of glucose.

CAUTION: May cause severe irritation of eyes and slight irritation of nose and throat if exposed. Wash with running water.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature 18-35°C.
