About the Author
Jocko Willink is a retired Navy SEAL Officer and author. He has written multiple New York Times-bestselling books, including Extreme Ownership, Discipline Equals Freedom Field Manual, The Dichotomy of Leadership, Leadership Strategies and Tactics Field Manual, and The Code. Leif Babin served 9 years as a Navy SEAL. He was in combat in Iraq during the Battle of Ramadi, a conflict that resulted in numerous medals for his efforts.
