Through the Glass is the first in the Outsider Series, a collection of books set in the rolling farmland of Holmes County, Ohio. Each book takes us into the lives of non-Amish characters and the way their lives intertwine together with the Amish living in the area.

About the Author
Amber Willems’ love for the Anabaptist way of life began as a child raised in plain circles. She has a rare inside look as she writes from her personal journey and experiences. While her books are fiction novels, her goal is to share the plain way of life and culture in a way that is authentic and true, giving her readers a more accurate view than is often shared in the Amish fiction genre.

Amber lives with her husband and sons in beautiful Holmes County, Ohio where their lives are impacted by the Amish people and their dear Amish friends on a daily basis.
