The Value Plastics Classic Series barbed reducing coupler is made of nylon and has tube connectors. It has one end smaller than the other for connecting two tubes with different diameters. It connects to tubing on both ends. This fitting is made of nylon, for strength and durability, as well as being lightweight and having abrasion-, crush-, and crack-resistance. It has a longer barb which extends the sealing surface of the fitting, expanding the inside diameter (ID) of the tubing from 42 to 69 percent for increased seal strength.
