Cooking in high vacuum and slow cooking in the Thermomix has never been so easy, with the wonderful Wundercap we have 20% more capacity, so it allows us to cook large portions in the mixing bowl. The heat is evenly distributed during cooking, the accessory is not dangerous or incompatible because it does not reach the motor of the Thermomix, so there is no connection, thus preventing any equipment failure. It is suitable for Thermomix TM31, TM5 and TM6. Made of high quality stainless steel and resistant plastic, exactly the same materials with which the Thermomix blades are made. Functions such as kneading, chopping, shredding and blending make the Thermomix blades an incredible experience, however, they can sometimes get in the way, especially in sous-vide cooking, the blades take up space and can cut through vacuum bags. The advantage of the Wundercap is that it stays in place and has the same locking mechanism as the Thermomix blades, so you no longer have to be careful when removing the blade cover, which can fall off and cause a mess. IMPORTANT. The WunderCap has been designed for use in those moments when we do NOT need blade movement in our recipes, such as for vacuum cooking or for boiling and cooking vegetables, pasta, etc. in water to achieve a greater capacity in the mixing bowl and that the blades do not break the ingredients. We will be able to cook under vacuum, boil and cook in water as we would do in a traditional pot with the advantage of controlling the time and temperature constantly. This accessory is NOT compatible with the high temperature mode or for those recipes that require the movement of blades to cook and stir the ingredients.
