If it point to the min or max setting it will hard to light. 2. check about the piezo ignition wire if point correctly to the jet nozzle. If it’s far from the nozzle, it’ll affect the ignition. So please press the wire down to get close to the nozzle.

Due to air mail regulation, all lighters are come without butane gas, so please fill fuel before using. 4. Lighter can’t be ignited at the lowest setting as there is no butane pressure at that setting 5. Do not keep butane cigar torch burning for over 2 minutes. 6. Do not place it in a place or cars where temperatures is over 40℃. 7. Ensure that the pressure valve is turned to the smallest side while refilling. 8. After refilling butane, remember to wait about 3 minutes before igniting.
