Yuzu is a rare Eastern Asian citrus fruits that has gained popularity in avant-garde kitchens. Quite sour and citrusy, use this fruit, presented here in puree form, to flavor sorbets and ice creams, mousses, sauces, cakes, and even to create innovative cocktails. Directions: To quickly thaw, soak the container in warm water. The partially melted puree will then slide out of the container. Cut the block into pieces and place in a bowl. Put the bowl in a warm spot, or microwave carefully. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within five days. Store in the fridge after opening and consume quickly. Product may be refrozen once defrosted and may arrive partially defrosted
