Who wants Google to provide free unlimited photo backups again?

This is a bit of a rhetorical question, as who wouldn’t love free unlimited storage for their photos, but at the end of the day, this is feature is greatly missed by Pixel users, and I think it’s high time Google explores a way to offer it again. Instead, we get freebies like a year of Gemini, which may suit Google’s current agenda, getting users accustomed to using the tool, but I still think a more enticing incentive should extend beyond free AI, with something like free unlimited photo backups to go along with our free year of Google One. We’re already getting extra storage with this deal, so why not give a little more for photos and really please the crowd?

So what do you think? Should Google admit that removing free unlimited photo backups was a mistake and give us what we want, or should the super fans be ignored as Google pushes forward with its newest goal of making AI mainstream?
