Gurman Scoop: No Big Reveal for New iPads & Macs – Apple Skips Event

In a significant shift from its traditional launch events, Apple has opted not to host a live event to introduce its latest iPads and Macs. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the tech giant is set to reveal its new products through a “series of online videos and marketing campaigns.” This move marks a departure from the company’s usual practice of organizing high-profile events that gather media and industry stakeholders from around the globe.

The upcoming launch is expected to be detailed through press releases on the Apple Newsroom website, featuring a range of anticipated products. Among these are two new iPad Pro models equipped with the M3 chip and OLED displays, promising enhanced performance and screen quality. Additionally, Apple plans to unveil a new Magic Keyboard designed for the iPad Pro, further enriching the product’s ecosystem.

For the first time, Apple is also set to introduce a 12.9-inch model in its iPad Air line, alongside another new iPad Air model, broadening the choices for consumers. Another exciting addition is the expectation of at least one new Apple Pencil, which suggests further improvements or added features to Apple’s stylus offering.
